Job summary

SHI seeks a Senior Director to lead the Data & AI and Infrastructure organization within the Microsoft Services Practice. You will unite Agentic Solutions, Cloud Platform, Data & Intelligence, and AI Security & Governance to deliver connected Microsoft solutions on Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and related platforms.

You will own service maturity, solution development, headcount planning, and client outcomes, while guiding managers and practice leaders to deliver measurable value for SHI's enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, or related Microsoft practices.
• 5+ years leading managers/directors with accountability for people, delivery, and business performance.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Foundry, Copilot Studio, and related data/AI services.

Responsibilities

• Set a unified direction for AI + Infrastructure across multiple domains.
• Translate investments into a clear SHI services roadmap and capability plan.
• Own workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and capacity alignment.
• Provide executive oversight for multi-workstream engagements spanning cloud, data, AI, and security.
• Grow AI + Infrastructure services revenue through repeatable offerings and strategic pursuits.
