Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Director, Data & AI to lead the AI + Infrastructure organization within the Microsoft Services Practice. You will unite Agentic Solutions, Cloud Platform, Data & Intelligence, and AI Security & Governance to deliver Microsoft-based solutions across Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and related data platforms.

You will own service maturity, solution development, headcount planning, utilization, and client outcomes, reporting to SHI leadership and collaborating across executive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, or related Microsoft practices.
• 5+ years leading managers, directors, or multi-discipline delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning cloud, data, AI, agents, security, and governance.
• Set measurable expectations for customer experience, delivery quality, utilization, and capacity.
• Turn operating data into decisions that improve pipeline, staffing, and financial performance.
• Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic clients across the SHI Microsoft Services practice.
