Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Director, Data & AI to lead the AI + Infrastructure organization within the Microsoft Services Practice.

You will unify Agentic Solutions, Cloud Platform, Data & Intelligence, and AI Security & Governance to deliver connected Microsoft solutions across Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and related data platforms. You will run the organization as a business, owning delivery, headcount, capacity, and client outcomes while guiding managers and practice leaders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
10+ years of leadership in technology services, cloud, AI, or related Microsoft practices.
Experience leading managers, directors, or senior technical leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for complex multi-workstream engagements spanning cloud, data, AI, agents, security, and governance.
Set measurable expectations for customer experience, delivery quality, utilization, and team health.
Grow AI + Infrastructure services revenue by shaping opportunities and repeatable offerings.
Coordinate with Sales, Architecture, Managed Services, and Partners to deliver connected outcomes.
Maintain governance, security, and compliance across platforms and data assets.
