SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Director, Data & AI to lead the AI + Infrastructure organization within the Microsoft Services Practice.

This leader brings together Agentic Solutions, Cloud Platform, Data & Intelligence, and AI Security & Governance to build and deliver connected Microsoft solutions across Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and related data platforms. The Senior Director runs the organization as a business, owning service maturity, solution development, headcount planning,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, or related Microsoft practices.
Experience leading managers, directors, and multi-discipline delivery organizations.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Foundry, Copilot Studio, and the identity, security, and governance services that support enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning cloud, data, AI, agents, security, and governance.
Set unified direction for AI + Infrastructure and translate investments into a clear SHI services roadmap.
Develop talent, succession planning, and workforce planning across the organization.
Grow AI + Infrastructure services revenue by shaping opportunities and repeatable offerings.
