Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI to drive revenue in SHI’s Data & AI professional services.

You will own the AI presales lifecycle, from discovery to executive presentation, and collaborate with data platform, governance, and security specialists to deliver integrated client solutions. The role emphasizes AI agent development, multi‑agent orchestration, and market positioning in autonomous systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building AI agents or intelligent automation workflows.
• Proven ability to lead revenue or bookings in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own annual gross profit target for AI-led professional services engagements.
• Architect AI solutions using Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Lead discovery workshops and technical assessment sessions with clients.
• Deliver executive presentations on integrated AI strategy and adoption.
• Develop proposals, SOWs, and fixed-price delivery models.
• Maintain current expertise in Microsoft AI ecosystem and related governance.
