#paid is seeking a Sr. Director of CS & Creator Operations & Acquisition to lead three interconnected teams—Client Success, Creator Operations, and Creator Acquisition—managing five direct reports.

10+ years in client-facing roles within digital media, social, or agency environments with Customer Success as the anchor.
1+ years of creator/influencer marketing experience and deep knowledge of paid social platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a team of 5 managers across Client Success, Creator Operations, and Creator Acquisition.
Own hiring, onboarding, and development of talent across all three functions.
Establish accountability frameworks tied to retention, expansion, delivery speed, and margin (eNPS).
Conduct quarterly performance reviews and develop plans with managers.
Lead cross-functional team syncs to translate insights into scalable improvements.
Develop strategy across client portfolio and drive retention and long-term growth.
