Job summary

Creatify seeks a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You’ll translate performance goals (ROAS, CPA) into creative and platform strategies, and manage creative testing programs across Meta and TikTok.

You’ll be trusted to monitor health and growth, advise on policy and product needs, and build scalable CS playbooks. A data‑driven communicator who thrives in a fast pace will excel.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in customer success, account management, or media roles at an ad tech company, performance agency, or creative platform.
• Hands-on fluency with paid social advertising—you’ve worked in or alongside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager and can discuss creative testing and attribution.
• Understanding of performance creative, hooks, and why it’s a key lever post‑iOS‑14.
• Track record of retaining and growing accounts with renewal or expansion wins.
• Excellent communicator able to run a QBR with a CMO and troubleshoot issues with a media buyer.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity; you’ll own a book like an owner.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts end to end: onboarding, adoption, quarterly business reviews, renewals, and expansion.
• Translate client performance goals into concrete creative and platform strategies—what to test, iterate, or kill.
• Guide clients through creative testing programs: volume, variant strategy, and reading results to improve next batches.
• Monitor account health and campaign performance; spot churn risk early and turn flat accounts into growth stories.
• Serve as client voice internally—feed insights to product, engineering, and the Studio team on what's working and missing.
• Build playbooks, onboarding flows, and enablement content as we scale the CS function.
• Partner with sales on expansion opportunities and with Studio strategists on managed‑service clients.
