Job summary

Forbes seeks a Director of Creator Operations to build and optimize the operational backbone of the Creator Network. You will align with Legal, Finance, Production and leadership to accelerate deals, acquisitions, and creator programs, turning concepts into efficient, scalable operations.

With 8–10 years in business operations, you will drive process improvements, manage complex contracts, and propel new revenue ideas while partnering with cross-functional teams to move quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in business operations or business development, ideally in the creator economy, digital media or talent management.
• Able to turn ambiguity into organized, scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience navigating complex contract workflows with internal legal teams and leadership.
• Interest in launching digital content programs and managing new business lines from scratch.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to unblock projects and accelerate timelines.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: serve as operational point of contact for Legal, manage contract pipelines and approvals.
• Podcast acquisition: oversee operational support for acquisitions and creator-led expansions.
• Cross-functional operations: partner with Finance, Production, Product, Legal, Sales, Live Events to streamline workflows.
• New revenue initiatives: lead strategic planning and execution for new creator-led concepts.
• Process optimization: standardize and scale backend workflows for a growing creator network.
