You will collaborate with commercial and content teams to drive monetization and content quality while applying data analytics to growth strategies.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration across teams, with a focus on creator growth, performance insights, and scalable processes in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent management divisions of short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs, with recruitment and agency management experience.
• Familiar with digital content ecosystem / platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies.
• Manage the empowering system of creators and agencies, providing insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for monetization of creators and agencies.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.
• Collaborate with the recommendation team to ensure high-quality templates identified by the platform are produced and distributed more widely.
