Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Director of Acquisition to own Meta and TikTok as primary growth channels. You will architect and scale paid social programs, partner with agencies, and drive efficiency across CAC, MER, and ROAS in a high‑velocity environment.

Ideal candidates have 6–10+ years in performance marketing, deep CPG/DTC experience, and strong leadership to align cross‑functional teams and creative partners with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Scale paid social spend to multi‑million monthly budgets for a high‑growth DTC/CPG brand.
• Demonstrate deep platform mastery of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager with analytics experience (MTA/MMM).
• Understand CPG unit economics, subscriptions, repeat purchase behavior and velocity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, creative testing, and scaling roadmap for Meta and TikTok ads.
• Architect campaign structures, bidding models, and agency coordination for profitable sales targets.
• Manage agency media buyers to maximize efficiency at scale.
• Lead data‑driven creative feedback loops and mitigate ad fatigue with rapid testing.
