Qualifications

• 6-10 years+ experience in creator strategy or related fields.
• A foundation in brand strategy, blending creative thinking with data-driven decisions.
• Agency experience with national/global brands in tech or QSR is preferred.
• Ability to spot emerging creators and trends before they peak.
• Understand macro and micro creator dynamics and tier selection.
• Create strategic solutions addressing client business challenges.
• Strong presentation and speaking skills; effective storytelling.
• Proven track record of trend forecasting and cultural analysis.
• Sixth sense for emerging cultural movements impacting creator content.
• Proficient with AI-powered tools for research synthesis and ideation.

Responsibilities

• Creative Brief Development – distill consumer/category/culture data into actionable insights for projects.
• Scoped Creator Strategy – lead long-term creator strategy, campaigns, and tiering.
• Business Development – contribute to pitches and transition wins to teams.
• Proactively lead the client’s business by anticipating Creator trends and opportunities.
