The Sociable Society is seeking a Director, Creator Management to lead and mentor a high-performing team of Creator Managers while continuing to manage a select roster of top creators.

You will drive revenue growth, shape strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to creators and brands. This is a true player-coach role with a hands-on approach to managing a few top creators while scaling the agency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creator/talent management.
• Proven leadership of client-facing teams.
• Track record of building a top creator roster.
• Experience negotiating brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Creator Managers.
• Drive quarterly and annual revenue bookings.
• Coach through brand negotiations and renewals.
• Maintain select roster of high-value creators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creators.
• Recruit and onboard new Creator Management talent.
• Contribute to leadership initiatives and processes.
• Shape future growth of The Sociable Society.
