Job summary

Forbes is seeking a Director of Creator Operations to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that powers our Creator Network ecosystem. You will partner with Creators and Strategic Operations of Video and Social leadership to streamline internal processes, accelerate business velocity, and turn ambitious creative concepts into highly efficient operational realities.

Strong contract lifecycle expertise.

Responsibilities

Contract management: primary operational contact for Legal, manage pipelines and accelerate approvals.
Podcast acquisition: oversee end‑to‑end ops for acquisitions, onboarding and integration.
Cross‑functional operations: partner with Finance, Production, Product, Legal, Sales, Live Events to streamline workflows.
New revenue initiatives: lead strategic operational planning and execution for creator‑led concepts.
Process optimization: establish, standardize and scale backend workflows for a growing creator network.
