Baillie Gifford is seeking a Client Relationship Director to lead a US consultant relationship book, partnering with research, OCIO teams, field consultants and senior stakeholders. You will articulate Baillie Gifford's investment capabilities, deepen partnerships and influence consultant ratings.

• 10+ years experience managing complex institutional relationships and building credibility with senior external stakeholders.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across teams to drive opportunities and improve consultant ratings.
• Strong investment knowledge and ability to discuss strategies, portfolios and market developments with sophisticated audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of designated consultant relationships, developing clear strategies and building trusted partnerships across research, field and other stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of consultant relations, including understanding client needs, ongoing contact, information reporting and sharing.
• Identify and progress opportunities from consultant relationships in partnership with Business Development and investment teams.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm and participate in internal product groups and staff development.
