Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex institutional relationships
• Ability to discuss investments, portfolios and market developments with sophisticated audiences
• Strong commercial judgement and track record of influencing consultant ratings
• Understanding of consultant ecosystem and institutional decision-making
• Ability to gather market intelligence to inform priorities
• Experience influencing across teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including senior audiences
• FINRA 7 and 63 licenses required (must be taken within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated US consultant relationships with a clear strategy for each relationship
• Maintain high standards of consultant relations and stakeholder engagement
• Understand client needs through ongoing contact and reporting
• Expand investment knowledge through research and portfolio discussions
• Collaborate across departments to share insights and align priorities
• Identify opportunities with Business Development and investment teams
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and staff development
• Represent the firm confidently with senior audiences
