• Ability to communicate effectively with senior investment professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to operate in a hybrid work environment and lead a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Consultant Relations team, setting strategy and execution standards.
• Manage strategic consultant relationships and firm coverage.
• Foster collaboration and transparency to maximize client outcomes.
• Drive an integrated coverage model with firm-tiering, regional engagement, and specialized channels.
