CNA Insurance seeks a senior technical expert to lead resolution strategies for complex Public D&O and Financial Institutions E&O claims on a national scale. You will engage insureds and counsel, influencing outcomes while managing multi-year exposures.

You will partner with senior leadership, oversee investigations, and navigate regulatory landscapes to deliver timely, high-quality claim handling and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent experience. JD preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages inventory of complex Public D&O and Financial Institutions E&O claims with multi-year horizons and high loss exposure.
• Verifies coverage and reserves using policy language and claim handling protocols.
• Leads investigations to determine compensability, liability and damages with internal/external partners.
• Develops and executes focused claim resolution strategies, including settlements and litigation management.
• Maintains budgets and coordinates resources for timely claim resolution.
• Mentors and trains less experienced claim professionals.
