You will work with senior leadership, manage budgets, mentor peers, and ensure excellence in claims handling and client service, within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Expert knowledge of specialty insurance industry, products, policy language, coverage, and claim practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships to senior management, partners, and customers.
• Demonstrated analytical and investigative mindset with critical thinking to resolve complex business problems.
• Extensive experience in leading complex negotiations and implementing resolution strategies.

Aufgaben

• Manages an inventory of complex Public D&O and FI E&O claims with multi-year horizons and significant loss exposure.
• Drives exceptional service by improving all claim/account aspects and meeting quality and cycle-time standards.
• Verifies coverage and manages reserves by interpreting policy language and applying claims handling protocols.
• Leads focused investigations to determine compensability, liability and damages with stakeholders and experts as needed.
• Develops and executes claim resolution strategies with internal and external partners, including negotiations and potential litigation oversight.
• Establishes and manages significant claim budgets and coordinates resources for timely resolution.
