Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze and report on commercial data across sales, marketing, service and support. You will define metrics and KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau and CRMA, develop forecasting models, and deliver timely insights to inform strategic decisions at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence within a life sciences or related industry.
• Experience in life sciences or a related field, with familiarity in commercial operations.
• Experience working with marketing teams and providing insights to support marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• Experience with ERP, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the key metrics and KPIs to measure performance across sales, marketing, service, and support functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data, providing insights into sales performance, revenue generation, bookings, forecasting, marketing effectiveness, and service/support processes.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to provide data-driven insights that improve customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Manage and leverage analytics platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and others to build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models for revenue, sales pipeline, and bookings, with timely leadership reporting.
• Continuously analyze commercial activities and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze internal service and support processes to identify improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Refine data collection and analysis processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
