Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics (MSD) is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics to lead metrics, forecasting, and data-driven insights across sales, marketing, service, and support functions. You will build dashboards and models, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing and revenue teams, leveraging Salesforce, Tableau, and other BI tools to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum five years in analytics, commercial operations, or BI in life sciences.
• Experience in solo or small teams is beneficial.
• Experience with marketing insights and targeting strategies.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement key metrics and KPIs across sales, marketing, service, and support.
• Lead collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data to drive insights.
• Provide data-driven insights to refine marketing segmentation and campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools.
• Develop forecasting models for revenue, pipeline, and bookings; report to leadership.
• Analyze commercial activities to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze service and support processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Refine data collection processes for timeliness and accuracy.
