Cleveland Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to build and scale the data-driven infrastructure that supports our sales, marketing, client operations, market access, and finance teams.

You will own CRM systems, dashboards, and KPI reporting to drive performance and cross-functional alignment. The role requires 8–10 years in commercial ops or analytics, strong Salesforce expertise, and a track record of launching infrastructure from scratch in a life-sciences setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in commercial operations, sales ops, or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in related field.
• Proven success in life sciences, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Startup agility: building commercial ops infrastructure from scratch.
• Advanced Salesforce administrator-level knowledge.
• Excellent Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & rationalize multiple systems, establish KPIs, and provide dashboards for decision-making.
• Assist Sales in optimizing territory structure and collaborate with Marketing on GTM strategies.
• Establish systems to track issues and opportunities to grow accounts and scale operations.
• Inform go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Design and track KPIs via automated dashboards and reporting cadences.
