MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. seeks a data analytics professional to analyze commercial data across sales, marketing, service, and support, defining metrics and KPIs to drive performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable insights. Responsibilities include building dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau, forecasting revenue and bookings, and supporting marketing campaigns with segment insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence.
• Experience with ERP, CRM systems and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, SAP).

Responsabilités

• Define and implement metrics and KPIs across sales, marketing, service and support functions.
• Lead collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data for insights.
• Support marketing strategy with data-driven segmentation and campaign insights.
• Build and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools for stakeholders.
• Develop forecasting models for revenue, pipeline, and bookings; provide leadership reporting.
• Analyze commercial activities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze internal service and support processes for operational improvements.
• Refine data collection/analysis processes for accuracy and timeliness.
