MGID is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who loves turning complex commercial data into clear growth strategies. You will work at the intersection of BI and commercial strategy, partnering with Sales, Finance, and leadership to shape how we measure performance and drive initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or commercial analytics.
• Experience partnering with sales/finance teams in medium to large organizations.
• Strong hands-on SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) with dashboard development.
• Industry experience in fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing or digital tech.
• Demonstrated ability to generate insights from commercial data.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Commercial team with data-driven decision-making delivering actionable insights.
• Review, optimize, and drive client acquisition and rewards programs across supply and demand sides.
• Analyze product usage, customer behavior, funnels, and lifecycle data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Data, Sales, and Finance to evaluate impact of initiatives on performance.
• Conduct cohort, segmentation, funnel and performance analyses to uncover drivers.
• Standardize methodologies for client referral programs for consistency and impact.
• Develop a unified client lifecycle framework and common business definitions.
• Support KPI development and company-wide rollout of metrics.
• Provide sales projections and commercial performance analysis across global markets.
• Prepare quarterly sales forecasts as part of planning cycle.
• Define and implement metrics to evaluate commercial performance and initiatives.
• Forecast, assess and track performance of new projects and campaigns.
