Job summary

Free Market Health is seeking a Sales Analyst to deliver comprehensive analytics and reporting that informs sales opportunities, pipeline decisions, and growth strategy. You will work with healthcare and commercial data to generate actionable insights for Sales leadership and internal stakeholders.

You will partner across teams to administer CRM reporting, align metrics with Enterprise Analytics, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, business, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or related analyst roles.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL with ability to write clear, efficient queries.
Experience developing or maintaining Tableau dashboards or other data visualization/reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to priorities and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting analyses.

Responsibilities

Perform sales opportunity analyses using claims, utilization, pricing, network data and other healthcare information.
Develop market sizing, target market, territory, and opportunity analyses to guide growth.
Create and maintain pipeline, prospect, client expansion, and sales performance dashboards and reports.
Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations.
Support CRM data quality, dashboards, reporting, and user needs in HubSpot.
Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics to align metrics, data sources, and Tableau development.
Work with Pricing to integrate rate, network, formulary, and financial assumptions into analyses.
Define reporting requirements with Data and Enterprise Analytics and improve data reliability.
Prepare analyses and presentations with methodologies, findings, risks, and actionable next steps.
Analyze client and market trends to identify expansion opportunities and support account growth.
Document recurring analyses and reporting processes to improve consistency and scalability.
