Job summary

Megaport is seeking a Commercial Analytics Leader to bridge commercial leadership with data, analytics, and data science capabilities. You will deliver trusted intelligence, dashboards, and predictive insights to accelerate revenue growth across sales motions.

The role focuses on enhancing revenue reporting, commission attainment metrics, and governance while expanding into AI-driven decision support and self-service analytics for global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, revenue analytics, BI, or related analytical discipline.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations.
• Experience designing metrics and scalable reporting architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the commercial analytics strategy, roadmap, and standards across brands, regions, and motions.
• Own RevOps performance reporting architecture, definitions, rules, and cadences.
• Collaborate with RevTech, Data Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and owners to validate logic and resolve data gaps.
• Translate analytical outputs into concise narratives for Sales and GTM Leadership; support forecasting and planning.
• Analyze performance across acquisition, pipeline, expansion, renewals, and revenue motions; identify triggers and opportunities.
• Partner with Data Science to enable AI-powered insights with governance and access controls.
