Job summary

Examinetic is seeking a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst to strengthen the commercial organization through data analysis, performance tracking, and process improvements. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance to uncover growth opportunities and ensure data integrity across pricing and CRM tools.

The position focuses on developing KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks, while leading BI implementation and enabling scalable commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 2+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytic role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Experience supporting system implementations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, market, sales, pipeline, and service-line data to identify growth opportunities.
• Design, launch, and track campaigns to support acquisition, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Develop KPI dashboards and recurring performance reports for leadership.
• Oversee pricing governance, pricing integrity, and annual price increases.
• Manage monthly tracking and validation of commissions and incentive compensation.
• Own data quality and governance across commercial data and systems.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Salesforce admins to improve processes.
• Lead BI tool implementation and broader technology enablement for the Commercial team.
