Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Analytics and Decision Science to build and lead a centralized analytics capability. You will shape how we measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare for new launches across our rare disease portfolio.

You will integrate patient, prescriber, account, access, and promotional analytics, guide an advanced analytics roadmap, and lead a growing team to deliver scalable insights for executives and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced analytics or life sciences degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech analytics or related field.
• Experience leading analytics teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics strategy for current brands and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of performance across demand generation, patient journeys, access, and field activity.
• Lead analyses and translate findings into recommendations for executives.
• Mentor the Commercial Analytics team and manage external partners.
