Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Analytics and Decision Science to build and lead a centralized analytics capability for rare disease therapeutics. You will shape performance measurement, identify growth opportunities, and prepare for launches across the portfolio.

This role integrates patient, prescriber, access, and promotional analytics; reports to the VP, Commercial Insights and Operations, and partners with Forecasting, Market Insights, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in analytics, statistics, data science, economics, life sciences, or related.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive pharma/biotech analytics experience, including people leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands, new indications, and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of commercial performance across demand generation, patient journey, accounts, promotion, and field execution.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers, quantify opportunities and translate findings into clear recommendations for commercial and executive leaders.
• Guide analytical support for business reviews, launch planning, annual planning, customer strategy, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Build a practical advanced analytics roadmap spanning customer segmentation, patient journey analytics, promotional response, predictive modeling, next best action, and resource optimization.
• Establish a common intake and prioritization process that focuses analytics resources on the highest-value business questions.
• Set standards for KPIs, analytical methods, definitions, documentation, and dashboards; partner to connect insights with forecasts and field decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Analytics team and manage external analytics partners and investments.
• Communicate complex findings in a clear, compelling manner that supports timely decisions.
