This leader will shape how we measure performance, identify growth opportunities, evaluate commercial investments, and prepare for future launches across our growing rare disease portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial analytics or related field with people leadership.
• Experience across several commercial analytics areas: brand performance, patient journeys, customer segmentation, promotional response, access, launch analytics, or field effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data including claims, payer data, CRM and field activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands, new indications, and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of commercial performance across demand generation, pull-through, patient identification, referrals, starts, access, conversion, persistence, prescriber behavior, accounts, promotion, and field execution.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers, quantify opportunities/risks, and translate findings into clear recommendations for commercial and executive leaders.
• Guide analytical support for business reviews, launch planning, annual planning, customer strategy, and post-launch evaluation.
• Build a practical advanced analytics roadmap spanning customer segmentation, patient journey analytics, promotional response, predictive modeling, next best action, and resource optimization.
