Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Analytics and Decision Science to lead a centralized analytics function that informs strategic and operational decisions for rare disease brands. The role integrates patient, prescriber, access, and promotional data to shape measurement, investment evaluation, and future launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years in pharma analytics with leadership experience.
Experience across commercial analytics areas (brand performance, patient journeys, launch analytics).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial analytics strategy for current brands and future assets.
Create an integrated view of performance across demand, access, and field execution.
Lead analyses, quantify opportunities, and present clear recommendations to leaders.
Guide analytics support for business reviews, launch planning, and annual planning.
Build a roadmap for customer segmentation, patient journey analytics, and predictive modeling.
Set standards for KPIs, methods, and reporting; lead the analytics team.
