• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics or similar, with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands and new indications.
• Create an integrated view of commercial performance across demand, access, and field activities.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers and translate findings into recommendations for leaders.
• Guide analytical support for reviews, launches, and annual planning.
• Build an analytics roadmap including segmentation, patient journeys, and predictive modeling.
• Establish a prioritization process for analytics work and ensure quality in reports and dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to connect insights with forecasts and field decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the analytics team and manage external partners.
