Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Analytics and Decision Science to build and lead a centralized analytics function that informs strategy, performance measurement, and investments across our rare disease portfolio.

You will integrate patient, prescriber, access, and promotional analytics, shaping a roadmap and guiding a growing team to deliver scalable, data-driven decisions. This role reports to the VP and partners with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in analytics, statistics, data science, economics, business, life sciences, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics, decision science, data science, or related function including people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial analytics and decision science strategy for current brands, new indications, and future assets.
• Create an integrated view of commercial performance across demand generation, patient identification, referrals, access, and field execution.
• Lead analyses that explain performance drivers, quantify opportunities/risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support business reviews, launch planning, annual planning, customer strategy, and post-launch evaluation.
• Build an analytics roadmap spanning customer segmentation, patient journey analytics, predictive modeling, and next best action.
