Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Analytics and Decision Science to build and lead a centralized analytics capability that informs business decisions across our rare disease portfolio. You will shape performance measurement, identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and prepare for future launches.

Reporting to the VP, Commercial Insights and Operations, you will guide a small team, partner with Forecasting, Market Insights, Sales, Marketing, and Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics with people leadership.
• Experience across brand performance, patient journeys, segmentation, promotional response, or launch analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial analytics strategy for current brands, new indications, and future assets.
• Create integrated view of performance across demand, access, promotion, and field execution.
• Lead analyses explaining performance drivers and translate findings into recommendations for leaders.
• Provide analytical support for business reviews, launch planning, and post-launch evaluation.
• Build analytics roadmap including segmentation, patient journeys, predictive modeling, and optimization.
• Establish intake and prioritization to focus analytics on high-value questions.
