Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ yrs of technology program management experience in a global, complex organization.
• Experience leading large enterprise-style transformations like cloud modernization or migrations.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end program outcomes including governance and budgeting.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders (CIOs, committees).
• Experience in program financial management: budgets, funding, spend.
• Vendor relationship management including contract governance and management.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation concepts; able to engage with providers.
• Understanding AI/automation and how to accelerate delivery.
• Background in digital/tech, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define program outcomes and gain business case approval.
• Provide executive-level governance and status reporting to CIOs and senior leaders.
• Define budgets, secure funding, and manage spend within tolerance.
• Establish governance, decision rights, forums, and reporting cadences.
• Define and manage cross-functional risks and dependencies.
• Build the project team and resource it effectively.
• Own major vendor relationships and contract governance.
• Hold partners accountable and challenge plans and quality.
• Deliver on time and in full (OTIF) and manage budget and milestones.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery and automation.
• Ensure compliance by design with GSK policies including GxP.
• Protect information security throughout delivery.
• Transition solutions into BAU with ongoing support.
• Model and promote GSK culture and development.
• Attract and develop outstanding people and learning initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative AI-driven environment.
