Job summary

GSK is seeking an experienced enterprise program leader in the US (Cambridge/Waltham area) to oversee the Digital & Tech delivery for major programs, including cloud consolidation. The role focuses on governance, budgeting, and value realization, with partners across cloud providers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will drive outcomes end-to-end, navigate executive leadership, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing AI and automation initiatives within GSK R&D.

Qualifications

• 12+ yrs significant experience in technology program management within a complex, global organization.
• Lead large, enterprise-scale programs such as cloud modernization or digital transformations.
• Own end-to-end program outcomes including governance, risk management, and dependencies.
• Proven track record delivering programs on time, on budget, and with measurable value.
• Experience presenting to CIOs and senior execs and influencing stakeholders.
• Direct experience with program financial management and funding controls.

Responsibilities

• Define program outcomes and gain business case approval.
• Provide executive governance, status reporting, and oversight.
• Define budget and fund programs, manage spend within tolerance.
• Establish governance with decision rights, forums, and cadence.
• Manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
• Build and staff the project team for delivery.
• Drive OTIF delivery and maintain budget discipline.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery methods and automation.
