Qualifications

• 12+ yrs Significant experience in technology program management within a complex, global organization.
• Track record of leading large, complex enterprise transformation programs — global, multi-year, high-value technology initiatives.
• Direct ownership of end-to-end program outcomes, governance, risk management, and dependency management.
• Proven track record of delivering program delivery with automation and cycle-time improvements.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders (CIOs, executives).
• Direct involvement in program financial management: budgeting, funding, spend tracking, value realization.

Responsibilities

• Define program outcomes and value; obtain business case approval.
• Provide governance, status reporting, and strategic oversight to CIOs and senior leaders.
• Define the budget and secure funding; manage spend within tolerance.
• Establish governance with decision rights, forums, and reporting cadence.
• Define and manage cross-functional risks and dependencies across tech functions and vendors.
• Build the project team and allocate resources.
• Own major vendor relationships: vendor selection, contracts, and governance.
• Challenge plans, estimates, and quality with cloud providers and internal leaders.
• Deliver on time and in full (OTIF) and maintain budget discipline.
• Track value delivery against the business case; report outcomes to senior leadership.
