Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks a senior IT program leader to drive large-scale modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, budgets, and client satisfaction while guiding global delivery teams.

This role emphasizes governance, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes and sustained value for customers and Capgemini.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management.
• Experience managing application development, maintenance, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven experience handling geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery and execution.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee reviews.
• Manage client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Lead distributed delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to Capgemini delivery processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Drive change management and business adoption where required.
• Support account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and opportunity identification.
• Manage project P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, and delivery KPIs.
