Qualifications

• 12+ yrs significant experience in technology program management within a complex, global organization.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders, such as CIOs and senior leadership.
• Direct involvement in program financial management, including budgeting and funding.
• Experience owning major supplier relationships, vendor selection, and contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Define program outcomes and secure business case approval.
• Provide governance, status reporting, and strategic oversight to CIOs, executive committees, and senior leaders.
• Define the budget and secure funding, building a financial case and managing spend within tolerance.
• Establish governance for delivery and reporting cadence to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Define and manage cross-functional risks and dependencies across technology, vendors, and partners.
• Build the project team with the right structure and resourcing.
• Own major vendor relationships and contracts with clear governance.
• Ensure delivery on time and in full (OTIF) and maintain budget discipline.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery methods and automation to accelerate migration.
• Ensure compliance by design (GxP where applicable) and information security controls.
• Drive a smooth transition of solutions into Business As Usual.
• Foster company culture and develop outstanding people.
