Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Client Partner at the Senior Director level to drive professional services solutions in Hartford. You will be responsible for overseeing a revenue of $10MM+, managing regional accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while developing strategic direction.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of management experience in a consulting environment and a strong background in manufacturing, public sector, or financial services. This position requires regular on-site presence at the Hartford location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management/leadership experience; at least 8 from large scale consulting.
• Sophisticated project delivery experience including all aspects of project/program management.
• Deep industry experience in either manufacturing, public sector, or financial services & insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct Revenue responsibility of $10MM+.
• Responsible for profitability of assigned New England regional accounts.
• Drive business development with the proper information and tools.
