Slalom is seeking a Client Partner at the Senior Director level to drive professional services solutions in Hartford. You will be responsible for overseeing a revenue of $10MM+, managing regional accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while developing strategic direction.

We are actively seeking a Client Partner with experience driving professional services solutions to support our Hartford location. You will be tasked with representing all of Slalom's services across industries. In addition, you will set strategic direction, deliver solutions, drive sales, help with recruiting, account management, and operational aspects of the Hartford portfolio.
Title: Client Partner (Level: Senior Director)
Note: This is not a fully remote role. Candidates will be required to be onsite at the Slalom Hartford location on a regular basis and will be expected to travel to nearby client sites and Slalom New England offices as needed.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The base salary range for this role is 218k to 302k. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
