Job summary

Kobie, a leading loyalty partner, seeks a Senior Director, Client Services to own a retail book of business. You will drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitable partnerships while guiding a cross-functional team across strategy, operations, and delivery.

You will manage senior client relationships, negotiate outcomes, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable value for major brands. This is a remote-friendly, growth-focused role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including loyalty or rewards programs.
• Proven success with well-recognized retail brands.
• Experience managing P&L and account financials.
• Strong salesmanship to grow accounts and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client experience from onboarding to renewal.
• Deliver revenue, margin targets, and participate in pricing discussions.
• Develop proposals that expand accounts and demonstrate value.
• Lead account strategy, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify risks early and turn challenges into opportunities.
