Job summary

Kobie is hiring a Director, Client Services to lead a retail book of business, owning client satisfaction, revenue, and organic growth. You will partner with teams to deliver end-to-end programs across stores, apps, and ecommerce, ensuring seamless experiences for major brands.

The role requires adapting to a fast-paced, remote-first environment with travel up to 20% and a focus on growth, leadership, and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including leading loyalty or rewards programs.
• Experience managing P&L and account financials.
• The confidence and salesmanship to grow accounts.
• Technical fluency with loyalty and martech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from onboarding to renewal and satisfaction targets.
• Deliver account revenue and margin targets, forecasting, and pricing collaboration.
• Build and land proposals to grow accounts and demonstrate value to clients.
• Lead account strategy, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
