Job summary

Circana is seeking a senior client-facing sales leader to grow strategic accounts in the automotive aftermarket. You will translate market insights into actionable recommendations, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in client management, analytics, insights, sales, consulting, category management, or related fields; automotive aftermarket data preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics) and Data Visualization & BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Circana (IRI/NPD) syndicated data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth by expanding relationships with Circana's data and software solutions.
• Deliver insight-led solutions by translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain industry expertise in general merchandise and automotive aftermarket trends.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Utilize Circana's sales tools and platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
• Champion client success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Support innovation by providing market feedback to product teams.
