Job summary
AXIS Capital in the United States is seeking a Head of Insights & Analytics – Claims to lead the delivery of insights, analytics and AI solutions that sharpen claims decisions, improve outcomes and efficiency. You will partner with Claims, Reserving, Actuarial and Finance to develop data products, governance and a coherent view of performance.

Qualifications
- Experience leading analytics, BI, data or AI teams.
- Experience partnering with Claims, Insurance Operations, Actuarial or Reserving functions.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical analytics and AI solutions.
- Track record delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics or AI.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Data & Analytics partner for Claims leadership.
- Translate claims priorities into a prioritised portfolio of insights and AI initiatives.
- Own delivery of Claims reporting, dashboards and AI capabilities.
- Drive evolution of Claims MI from reporting to predictive/prescriptive insights.
- Promote self-service analytics and scalable data products for trusted data access.
- Collaborate with Reserving to align analytics priorities and view across Claims.
