Role Overview: As the Senior Director of Channel Sales, you will drive revenue growth via strategic partnerships, expand our channel sales strategy, and increase brand reach and adoption of our identity platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to grow revenue through partnerships and third-party distributors.
  2. Establish partner and sales enablement programs to train and certify partners on CLEAR1’s solutions.
  3. Identify and onboard key channel partners to expand market reach and customer acquisition.
  4. Manage relationships with partners, providing resources, training, and support.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel initiatives with business goals.
  6. Create incentive programs and promotions to drive channel performance.

Success Metrics:

  1. Increase in partner-sourced revenue and overall channel contribution.
  2. Growth in qualified, active channel partners and their performance.
  3. Achievement of sales pipeline targets and conversion rates.
  4. Improvements in partner onboarding and training efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building and leading channel sales programs, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS and channel management with a track record of driving indirect sales growth.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and product distribution.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • People management experience is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation: We offer comprehensive rewards, including healthcare, family benefits, flexible time off, wellness stipends, memberships, and a salary range of $145,000 - $175,000, depending on experience and location. Additional incentives may include bonuses, commissions, and stock units.
