Job Description Summary

We are looking for a professional, thought-leader and hustler to help Mastercard reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our targeting, measurement, and location insights solutions in the NAM region. The ideal candidate understands the media and advertising industry well and can develop partnerships around activation, measurement, and analytics solutions. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role responsible for developing and managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region, executing regional strategies across the partner lifecycle.

Background

Mastercard Services offers solutions beyond transactions, helping businesses grow through insights, solutions, and advice to enhance customer relationships and stay competitive. Our offerings for advertisers, publishers, and media agencies include Test & Learn, Customer Data Enhancement (CDE), and AdInsights.

Role/Responsibilities
  1. Build territory plans with strategy and GTM teams.
  2. Develop POV on product GTM strategy, pricing, competitive battlecards.
  3. Identify and qualify potential partners aligned with target profiles.
  4. Engage and secure commitment from qualified partners with compelling propositions.
  5. Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets.
  6. Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
  7. Achieve revenue targets through channel sales.
  8. Onboard and activate new partners, ensuring team enablement.
  9. Engage Mastercard resources for partnership and sales support.
  10. Manage pipeline, forecast, and track sales progress.
  11. Conduct regular partner review sessions and develop account strategies.
  12. Provide feedback on tools and programs based on market and partner insights.
  13. Support field marketing activities.
Required Experience And Skills
  • Minimum ten years in the business data/media/advertising industry, with exposure to activation and measurement solutions.
  • Experience with sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships at the CXO level.
  • Proven ability to manage major partner relationships with transparency and trust.
  • Strong industry network.
  • Experience in joint business planning.
