Job Description Summary

We are looking for a professional, thought leader, and hustler to help Mastercard reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our targeting, measurement, and location insights solutions in the NAM region. The ideal candidate understands the media and advertising industry well and knows how to build smart partnerships around activation, measurement, and analytics solutions. This role is quota-carrying and revenue-producing, responsible for developing and managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region. The role involves executing our strategy with regional nuances across the entire partner lifecycle, including new partner recruitment, onboarding, revenue activation, and growth.

Role/Responsibilities

  1. Build territory plans with strategy and GTM teams within solution areas.
  2. Develop POV on product GTM strategy, pricing, and competitive battlecards.
  3. Define the desired profile of potential partners with management’s help.
  4. Research, identify, qualify, and screen potential partners aligned with the target profile.
  5. Gain commitment from qualified partners through compelling business propositions.
  6. Develop joint business plans (including sales targets) before finalizing contracts, aligned with Mastercard standards.
  7. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
  8. Meet revenue targets through direct sales to and with channel partners.
  9. Drive onboarding and activation of new partners; ensure their teams are enabled and motivated.
  10. Engage Mastercard resources and stakeholders to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  11. Manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track sales cycle progress.
  12. Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions, win/loss analysis, and develop account strategies.
  13. Work with high-potential partners to develop annual joint business plans and review progress quarterly.
  14. Provide feedback to internal teams on tools and programs.
  15. Assist in field marketing activities, such as trade shows and sales presentations.

Required experience and skills

  • Minimum ten years in the business data and/or media and advertising industry, with exposure to activation and measurement data and solutions.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with CXO-level channel partners.
  • Proven ability to manage major partner relationships, fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration.
  • Strong industry personal network.
  • Experience in joint business planning with partners.

Purchase Salary Range: $132,000-$206,000
