What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and identify potential partners that align with the target partner profile
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets aligned with company strategy
- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets
- Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring they are equipped to support Mastercard offerings
- Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and develop new sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least ten years of experience in the business data and/or media and advertising industry
- Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
- Strong personal network within the media and advertising industry
- Experience managing major customer/partner relationships with a focus on transparency and collaboration
- Ability to develop and manage joint business planning with partners

- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build relationships
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities
