What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the desired profile of potential partners and develop a joint business plan with sales targets
- Research, identify, qualify, and screen potential partners that align with the target profile
- Drive onboarding and activating new partners while ensuring they are equipped to support Mastercard offerings
- Manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track progress through the sales cycle
- Engage with internal resources to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least ten years of experience in the business data and/or media and advertising industry
- Proven experience sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
- Strong personal network within the industry and experience managing major customer/partner relationships
- Ability to develop and manage joint business planning with partners
- Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and a build-it-as-we-go mentality

- A history of successfully driving revenue through channel partnerships
- Experience with activation and measurement data and solutions in a sales capacity
- Strong listening and collaboration skills with a focus on continuous learning
