Role Overview

The Director, Channel Sales and Partnerships, Media Solutions is responsible for developing and managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region. This quota-carrying role focuses on strategic partnerships around activation, measurement, and analytics solutions, aiming to expand Mastercard's reach and revenue through effective partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build territory plans in collaboration with strategy and GTM teams.
  2. Develop POV on product GTM strategy, pricing, and competitive battlecards.
  3. Identify and qualify potential partners aligned with target profiles.
  4. Engage and secure commitment from qualified partners with compelling business propositions.
  5. Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets.
  6. Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
  7. Achieve revenue targets through channel sales.
  8. Onboard and activate new partners, ensuring team readiness.
  9. Engage internal resources to support partnership objectives.
  10. Manage channel pipeline, forecast, and report progress.
  11. Conduct regular partner alignment sessions and analyze win/loss data.
  12. Develop annual joint business plans with high-potential partners.
  13. Provide feedback to internal teams on tools and programs.
  14. Support field marketing activities such as trade shows and sales presentations.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of ten years in the business data or media and advertising industry with direct experience in activation and measurement data solutions.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with CXO-level channel partners.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a personal network within the industry.
  • Experience in joint business planning and strategic partnership development.
