Role Overview
The Director, Channel Sales and Partnerships, Media Solutions is responsible for developing and managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region. This quota-carrying role focuses on strategic partnerships around activation, measurement, and analytics solutions, aiming to expand Mastercard's reach and revenue through effective partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build territory plans in collaboration with strategy and GTM teams.
- Develop POV on product GTM strategy, pricing, and competitive battlecards.
- Identify and qualify potential partners aligned with target profiles.
- Engage and secure commitment from qualified partners with compelling business propositions.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners to meet recruitment targets.
- Achieve revenue targets through channel sales.
- Onboard and activate new partners, ensuring team readiness.
- Engage internal resources to support partnership objectives.
- Manage channel pipeline, forecast, and report progress.
- Conduct regular partner alignment sessions and analyze win/loss data.
- Develop annual joint business plans with high-potential partners.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on tools and programs.
- Support field marketing activities such as trade shows and sales presentations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of ten years in the business data or media and advertising industry with direct experience in activation and measurement data solutions.
- Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with CXO-level channel partners.
- Strong relationship management skills and a personal network within the industry.
- Experience in joint business planning and strategic partnership development.

Additional Information
Purchase Salary Range: $132,000-$206,000
